Chiakao Kevin Xiong was a popular person in his community that everyone knows him well. He served in the Executive Board of Directors, worked for USCC for refugee resettlement program, and he was the longest Hmong TV and Radio Newsman in his community. Chiakao Kevin Xiong was a Hmong TV Host with PAC TV 11 for several years. He shot pictures, edited and aired for the Eau Claire Area Hmong Community. He also hosted the Eau Claire Area Hmong Radio Program for 12 years, starting with WUEC 89.7FM to WEIO 1050 AM and back to WUEC 89.7 FM.
