01. May 5th,1975 Gen. Vang Pao threw his badge at Prince Souvannaphouma, Prime Minister, and verbally resigned.

01. May 5th, 1975, Gen. Vang Pao threw his badge to Prime Minister, Souvanaphouma's desk and verbally resigned.
02. May 8th, Gen. Vang Pao ordered aircrafts rally at Wattay Airport.
03. May 10th, 1975, Prime Minister announced to have his son replace Gen. Vang Pao as Commander Chief in Region II.
04. May 14th, 1975, Gen. Vang Pao flew to Thailand. Beginning on May 15th, 1975, thousands of Hmong start fleeing Longcheng area to Thailand. Many who could not find taxi, walked by foot to face execution in Hinheup bridge later.
